1. Responsibility and scope
B&B PRODUCTION, S.A.R.L is the contact for data relating to enquiries addressed to the CAFTAN BLADI organisers.
B&B PRODUCTION, S.A.R.L116 MOHAMMED V RES HADIKA BUR 2, Tangier, Morocco

This policy describes the current website, without customer accounts, online orders or payments. It is based on Moroccan Law No. 09-08 and must be updated before new processing activities are introduced.
2. The contact form prepares a message on your device
The contact form requests a name, email address, subject and message to compose your text. These fields are required by the preparation tool, but you can contact the organisers directly without using the form.
The “Prepare my message” button sends no data to B&B Production. Information stays on the open page without being saved by the website in a database, cookie or persistent local storage. Your browser may offer its own autofill or restore functions.
The “Copy” button places the text on your device’s clipboard at your request. You then decide whether to paste and send it. Avoid including bank card numbers, identity documents or unnecessary sensitive information.
3. When you contact the organisers
When you send an email or Facebook message, the organisers receive the information you choose to share and data associated with that channel. It is used to answer your enquiry and follow up where necessary.
Staff handling the enquiry and the relevant messaging providers may access it according to their roles. Facebook also processes data under its own rules. This website version does not use your email or phone number to subscribe you automatically to a newsletter.
The organisers still need to document messaging providers, processing locations and operational retention periods. No fixed period or exclusively Moroccan processing location is stated without confirmation.
5. Retention, security and transfers
Data must remain proportionate to its use and be kept only as long as necessary for its purpose, subject to applicable obligations. The organisers must regulate access, service providers, data deletion and any transfers abroad.
6. Your rights and requests
Under Law No. 09-08, you may request access to and correction of your data and object to its processing on legitimate grounds. You may also request deletion of data that is no longer necessary or is processed unlawfully, within the limits provided by law.
Write to contact@caftanbladi.ma, specifying your request and the relevant contact channel. Do not send a copy of your identity document unsolicited. Any necessary verification must be proportionate.
You may also contact the National Commission for the Control of Personal Data Protection (CNDP).
7. Website changes
Before activating ticket sales, the shop, a newsletter or form submission, this policy must specify the data collected, uses, recipients, retention periods, providers and applicable formalities. Visitors will be informed at the point of collection.
Reference: CNDP — data controllers’ obligations.
8. Applications and ticket alerts
In the local preview, the Participation form saves the applicant’s name, brand, contact details, country, city, background, collection, PDF portfolio and consent. This data is used only to review and follow up on the application. Submission does not mean selection.
The application is accessible to the person with local management access. It is not published. Decisions and their dates are saved for internal follow-up. No email is sent automatically. Ticket alert registration is separate from the application and saves the email address with consent. An unsubscribe link is provided after registration.
These functions are being prepared on this computer. Use test data only. The hosting provider, authorised recipients, retention periods, deletion procedures and CNDP formalities must be defined before public collection. For access, correction or deletion of an application: contact@caftanbladi.ma.
9. Private tracking and supplements
For new applications, a confidential code lets applicants view their status and submit additional material. Only a hash of the code is stored on the server. The code is not included in the page address or saved in browser storage by the website.
Supplements include a message and, where needed, a PDF. They are accessible to the applicant with the code and to local committee management. Internal committee notes are not shown to applicants. The same local preparation limits and pre-launch obligations apply to this data.
