1. Sales status and scope
These terms prepare for the sale of CAFTAN BLADI tickets and caftans offered in the shop. B&B PRODUCTION, S.A.R.L organises the festival. The contractual seller of the caftans — B&B Production or each designer — remains to be determined; its identity must appear on each offer and in the final terms.

2. Offers, prices and orders
Each offer will state its features, availability, seller, total price in dirhams, additional charges, payment terms and timeframes. Customers may correct their selection before expressly accepting the terms and confirming the order. Information and confirmation will be provided on a durable medium.
Caftan listings will specify available pieces, sizes, materials, care and any customisation. Tickets will state categories, date, times, venue and admission rules. Inspirational visuals are not sales offers.
3. Payment and confirmation
Payment methods and the payment provider have not yet been selected. They will be presented before purchase. Do not send bank card information by email, phone or social media message.
The final version will specify when the contract is formed, payment confirmation, invoice issuance and ticket delivery. A contact form is not an order.
4. Caftan delivery
Delivery areas, carriers, charges, times, tracking and the return address remain to be decided. They must be communicated before purchase. Any import taxes for international shipments must also be explained.
A made-to-measure piece must have a precise description of the agreed measurements and customisation. No different item will be substituted without the customer’s agreement.
5. Withdrawal: caftans and tickets
For a non-personalised caftan sold remotely, Law No. 31-08 generally provides 7 days after receipt to withdraw without justification or penalty, apart from possible return costs. This period is 30 days if the required written confirmation of information is not provided. A refund must be made no later than 15 days after exercising the right.
Goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised fall under the Article 38 exception unless more favourable terms are agreed. Tickets for leisure activities on a fixed date fall under Article 42 and do not benefit from this statutory right of withdrawal.
A request relating to a future purchase may be sent to contact@caftanbladi.ma, quoting the order reference. Return instructions must be available from the opening of sales; prior commercial authorisation must not obstruct a statutory right.
Reference: Law No. 31-08, particularly Articles 29–38 and 42.
6. Tickets, cancellation and postponement
The next announced edition is the 4th edition, on 8 March 2027 in Tangier. The venue, times, categories and prices remain to be published.
The final terms must describe ticket checks, whether tickets are named or transferable, admission requirements and arrangements for cancellation or postponement. The absence of a withdrawal right does not mean refunds are impossible if the event is not provided.
7. Complaints and warranties
For a damaged, incorrect or defective item, the customer may contact the seller identified in the offer, providing the order reference and a description of the problem. A photograph may help review the request without waiving statutory rights.
The final terms will specify after-sales service and any commercial warranties. They cannot exclude statutory warranties or require a general waiver of consumer remedies.
8. Data, complaints and applicable law
Data processing required for sales will be described in the privacy policy before activation. A purchase alone will not subscribe the customer to marketing communications.
Complaints may be sent to the organisers by email or to their contact address. Seeking an amicable solution does not remove the customer’s remedies. Moroccan law applies, subject to any more protective mandatory rule that may apply. This version imposes no exclusive jurisdiction of the Tangier courts on consumers.
