DiscoverCAFTAN BLADI International Fashion Festival. A celebration of creativity through the Moroccan caftan. The 4th edition will take place on 8 March 2027 in Tangier, on the occasion of International Women’s Day, celebrated every year on 8 March.
Tangier, Morocco
CAFTAN BLADI is an international fashion and haute couture festival. Founded in Tangier on 6 May 2016, its very first edition brought together renowned designers from Morocco and abroad.
The festival brings Moroccan clothing heritage into dialogue with contemporary creativity. Moroccan designers unveil their caftan collections alongside international designers presenting evening and bridal gowns. This meeting of cultures celebrates craftsmanship, individual perspectives and expressions of haute couture.
Created for women in Morocco and beyond, CAFTAN BLADI invites audiences to discover fashion combining tradition, elegance and creativity. It offers a meeting place for designers, fashion enthusiasts and the public.
Building on its previous editions, the organising committee invites the public to Tangier on 8 March 2027. This 4th edition celebrates International Women’s Day: an occasion to honour women’s role in creativity, passing on knowledge and the reach of fashion, and to share this moment with women around the world.
CAFTAN BLADI gives a special place to Moroccan and international designers invited as guests of honour, recognised for their careers and contributions to haute couture. The guests of honour for the 4th edition will be announced once confirmed by the organisers.
Designers, artists, audiences and media: past editions have made CAFTAN BLADI a meeting place for fashion and creativity.
The richness of a caftan lies in its fabrics, embroidery and the skill of its makers. CAFTAN BLADI places this meeting of heritage and contemporary expression at the heart of its world.
The festival is officially organised by B&B Production, S.A.R.L.
